  I tend to be a cynic, and try as I might I can’t find a single complaint in my experiences buying a home with Jared as my realtor. We had a very thorough inspector look at the house, and Jared used the results to negotiate our home price down by more than the price of his commission. Money aside, Jared has a solid code of ethics and maintains positive relationships with his clients even after they close on homes. Jared stages client appreciation events, like renting theaters for movie showings before the movies release. I know that the events might not be a factor in your choice of realtor, they’ve made some great memories for my family since we bought our home. For those reasons, and more, I encourage anyone looking for a home in the area between Provo and Draper to at least contact the Fields Team and ask them what sets them apart from other real estate teams- Jared and team won’t disappoint.
