  Of all the business decisions we have made in the last 2 years, using Mazuma is up there at the top of the list. The folks at Mazuma assigned to my account (Ben, Amber, Shawn, and Carly) have all been accessible, easy to work with, and changed my view on accounting entirely. They have been easy to talk to, explain things in lay mans terms and never have me feeling like what they are doing is rocket science. In the past, I always hesitated to call my CPA because I would be billed every time I called with a question. They were treating my mid sized business as if I were AT&T. I never got near the attention that Mazuma has given me. I would be charged if I requested a P&L statement, called in for simple requests, and even got charged once because I told them I bought a new car and send them the loan details. They kept "phantom" records that showed a myriad of billable hours that I now realize were just that "phantom. Every time year end came, it was not the Taxman that stressed me out it was how much my CPA would decide to "rob" me for. Now, as part of the Mazuma service, I get monthly reporting, unlimited support, and people that actually care about more than "how much they can bill me". I have slashed my CPA fee by 300% and in return have had way more attention paid to my account than we have had at anytime in the last 20 years. I HIGHLY recommend Mazuma to anyone running a small or midsize without hesitation. This was one of the best phone calls I ever made.
