  I recently got a sign put in my yard, and a lock box on my door. It ruined the front door locking mechanism and the door does not shut correctly anymore. I am physically disabled and have a physically disabled child, that was scared when he came home from school and thought I had packed up and left him. The company of Keller Williams and Red Sign Company did nothing to repair the lock, the divot they made in my yard and made no effort to console my child. I had no trespassing signs which you would think would have stopped them from coming onto the property but they had no such effect. Come to find out it was a mix up in numbers, and I can understand a mix up. What I can't understand is acting like they didn't damage my property. It's truly ridiculous. To be so arrogant, while committing the crime of trespassing and damaging property, as to not even make an attempt to reconcile, nobody called with an apology or anything. They just as sneakily came and got their stuff out of my yard, without a word just like they did when they put it there as well. If you or someone you know is physically or mentally disabled, beware as this company and red sign may take advantage of them like they did me. Hopefully both companies will read this post and reach out and at the very least say they're sorry but I doubt they will but hey everyone deserves a second chance especially if they truly are sorry and make amends.
