- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆So after dealing with ease for awhile this has been my experience.... They have problems distributing the proper amounts after rent is collected. They also have failed to show up for inspections every time one was requested. Because of these issues I requested to be let out of my contract which they did quickly and in a professional manor. I may consider ease again but only for finding new tenants. Emil was great for getting advice and setting the price of my rental.By Zach Lewis, March 07, 2018
